APRO's PHANES Series SD/microSD memory card gears up for Class-10 and UHS-I standards to meet the extensive demands in the industrial market. All PHANES Series SD and microSD card supports wide operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C and capacities up to 64GB, depending on form-factor and the flash technology.
APRO's PHANES Series microSD and SD card are fully compatible to the SDA specification versions 3.0 and 2.0 with supports of CPRM and alternative communication protocol between SD mode and SPI mode. Additionally, S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) function is equipped to detect and anticipate any failures in real-time monitoring in order to prevent possible errors during operations.
Power protection is also considered in the design of PHANES Series memory card. With APRO's Power Interrupt Data Protection technology, PHANES Series SD and microSD cards are able prevent data loss during system failures due to power supply conditions.
APRO PHANES Series SD and microSD card are equipped with the brand new algorithm within the intelligent controller, including static and dynamic wear-leveling, auto-read refresh, bad block management and ECC. Moreover, for Operating Systems that do not utilize the FAT system, such as Linux, the optional Embedded Mode is provided to ensure, that under any circumstances, program/erase cycle in each block can be stretched to the maximum and the lifespan of the memory card is sustained.
